Bluehost UX Personas

Overview: Bluehost is a web solutions company, it has millions of customers. This project gave Bluehost’s designers a solid, research-based understanding of the people who use this product.

I led this collaborative research project culminating in Bluehost’s UX personas and findings that continue to steer Bluehost’s research, design, product, and marketing.
